Angeline Hennessy-Thompson
An email signature that turns every message into a route to her podcast, book and practice.
Angeline is an Advanced Interpersonal Therapist (MBACP), supervisor and trainer — and the host of the Living Without Limits podcast. She wanted every email she sends to clients, supervisees, trainees and listeners to work as a front door to everything she offers. We designed a branded email signature that carries her credentials and routes people to the right place in one click.

- 01Make every email a route to her practice, podcast and book
- 02Show her accreditations at a glance
- 03Keep the signature consistent with the Living Without Limits brand

Delivered and handed over.
What we were asked to do.
Angeline Hennessy-Thompson (MBACP) is an Advanced Interpersonal Therapist, supervisor and trainer, East Midlands representative for IPT UK, and a visiting lecturer at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. She hosts the Living Without Limits podcast and is the author of Unbreakable Mindset.
- Make every email a route to her practice, podcast and book
- Show her accreditations at a glance
- Keep the signature consistent with the Living Without Limits brand
At a glance.
The headline moves we made on this project.
- /01Graphic signature in her Living Without Limits purple palette, with portrait and podcast mark
- /02Linked text signature routing to nine destinations — Counselling Directory, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, her podcast, her book and her Linktree hub
- /03Credential strip showing her PSA Accredited Register, IPT UK and NHS (MPFT) affiliations
- /04Delivered in large, small and transparent versions, with a copy-and-paste install document
- /05Revised twice as her work evolved — a refined title, a podcast-host line, then a single Linktree hub
Three phases, from listening to launch.
Every project starts with listening. The phases below are the shape this one took, and the shape yours would take too.
- 01Phase 1Discovery
Mapped everything Angeline wanted her emails to point to — practice, supervision, training, podcast and book — and the different people who receive them.
- 02Phase 2Design
Built the signature in her Living Without Limits brand with a clear hierarchy: credentials, name, podcast, then actions.
- 03Phase 3Revisions
Updated it as her work grew: refining her title to Interpersonal Psychotherapist, adding the podcast line and credential logos, then consolidating her links into a Linktree hub.
Where we started, and how we solved it.
Nine destinations competing for a few square inches at the foot of an email
One clear call to action pointing to a Linktree hub that carries every destination
Professional credentials that needed to be visible without cluttering the design
A compact credential strip set beneath the main signature
A body of work — podcast, book, courses — that kept growing after launch
Revision-friendly source files, so each update was an edit rather than a redesign
What changed.
We only list what we can stand behind. These are the outcomes as the work was handed over.
A signature that turns every email into a route to her podcast, book and practice
Her accreditations visible to every client, supervisee and trainee she emails
Updated twice as her work evolved, without ever starting from scratch
Every version, as delivered.
Good design keeps up with the client. Each revision below responded to something that changed in their work.

Good design for a therapist is quiet. It shows your accreditations, your warmth and your professionalism without shouting, and it stays consistent from email signature to flyer to social post. What you see in this project is how we approach every brand asset, whether it is one signature or a whole identity.

Every project gets a senior eye from first call to launch. No account managers, no hand-offs.
