What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function correctly and — with your consent — can be used to understand how visitors use a site.
Cookies we use
We keep our cookie usage to an absolute minimum. Here is every cookie this site sets:

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful and where they get stuck. It records things like which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and whether it was a phone or a laptop. It does not tell us who you are, and we never use it for advertising or share the data with anyone.
Analytics is off until you turn it on. We use Google Consent Mode, which means that until you accept, no cookies are set and no identifier is stored for you — nothing that could be used to recognise you again, here or anywhere else. The Google Analytics library itself does load, and Google receives an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed. If you accept, analytics cookies are then set as described above. Advertising storage stays switched off either way.
Third-party cookies
If you book a call via our Google Calendar link, Google's own cookie and privacy policy applies to that interaction. We do not embed advertising trackers or social media pixels, and no third-party analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent.

Switching analytics off stops any further data being sent straight away and clears the Google Analytics cookies from this browser.
You can also refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely — though on some sites that will affect functionality.
